Representatives from the Security Department told Katz that "the route has been approved by both the courts and the army, and construction will begin in August. The project should be completed by mid-1006."
The comments were made in response to an inquiery by Agriculture Minister Yisrael Katz, who also asked whether the fence could be moved in the Har Hevron area in order to connect Palestinian farmers with more lands.
