Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, Hassan Rohani, has resigned, the official IRNA news agency said Wednesday. Citing an "informed source," it said Rohani had sent his resignation letter to President Mohammad Khatami. It was not clear whether the resignation had been accepted. (Reuters)
