The Supreme Court has ruled that Gaza families and the State must negotiate the removal of graves in Gush Katif during the disengagement. The State said it has acted with great compassion towards families slated for withdrawal, but said it would not leave graves behind after the army pulls out of Gaza. (Tal Rosner)
