Saddam Hussein's cousin Ali Hassan al-Majid, better known as "Chemical Ali" for his alleged role in a 1988 chemical attack that killed an estimated 5,000 people in the Kurdish town of Halabja, was one of eight former regime officials on a tape released Sunday by the Iraqi special tribunal.
