Cabinet approves discounts on purchase of Galilee land

The cabinet approved on Sunday a series of discounts on purchases of land in the Galilee and is expected to pass similar moves regarding the Negev desert. The government is trying to push settlers slated for evacuation during the Gaza pullout to leave ahead of time in return for more compensation. (Diana Bahur-Nir)
