PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said at a press conference with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that he would work to establish calm in the region and coordinate with Israel during disengagement.
Abbas also said that the Palestinians were committed to democratic reforms in the PA. (Ali Waked)
