Palestinian terror groups should end the current lull in violence and go back to a full-fledged armed struggle against Israel, al-Qaeda deputy chief Ayman al-Zawairi said Friday on a video aired by Qatar-based al-Jazeera.

“Palestinian organizations must not abandon Jihad and must not lay down their arms,” he said.

Al-Zawairi also called on Palestinians to boycott upcoming Legislative Council elections.

“Don’t be dragged into a game of secular elections under a secular constitution,” he said.

The terror leader also slammed American reforms in the Middle East, claiming that their objective is to “replace the old collaborators with new collaborators.”

‘Muslim land must be free of foreign occupiers’

Al-Zawairi also provided his own idea of proposed reforms, saying they should be premised on several main points. Arab regimes must be based on Islamic law and Muslim territory must be free of foreign occupiers, he said.

The terror mastermind also slammed the governments of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Egypt, which he said are all controlled by the West.

“We won’t accept a situation where the crusaders control our territories, “ he said. “Reforms cannot be undertaken under such conditions. We won’t accept a situation where our governments are controlled b U.S. embassies.”

Finally, al-Zawairi stressed that the “expulsion of the crusaders and Jewish invaders would not be achieved through peaceful demonstrations, but rather, through armed Jihad.”
