A packet containing white powder was sent to Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer's office in Parliament House on Friday, and authorities shut down part of the the building. The security scare comes just a day after five embassies, the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the loading dock of Parliament Hosue were closed after receiving suspicious packages.
