A settler shot a Palestinian who was igniting a fire near the security fence surrounding the Itamar settlement in the West Bank. According to the settler, the Palestinian pulled out a knife as the settler approached him.
The Palestinian suffered light injuries to his leg and was evacuated to a Nablus hospital. (Efrat Weiss)
