Responding to what Shin Bet chief Yuval Diskin told the Knesset’s Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee, Sa-Nur settlers said, “Once again, for the umpteenth time, it has been proven that while, the destructive plan might be good for the prime minister’s legal problems, it is lethal to Israel’s security.”
“(Ariel Sharon’s) Sycamore Ranch may not be within the range of rockets or suicide bombers from northern Samaria, but more than 50 percent of Israel’s citizens are,” the settlers added. (Efrat Weiss)
