Abbas to visit Japan

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is scheduled to arrive in Tokyo on Sunday for talks on the Middle East peace process, Japan's foreign minister said Tuesday. Abbas is set to hold discussions with Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and other senior Japanese officials. (AP)
