U.N. Security Council Resolution 1559, which calls for the disarmament of Lebanese militias, does
not apply to Hizbullah, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said on Friday.
Nevertheless, Mikati said that the armed group will give up its weaponery "in the context of a Lebanese framework." (Reuters)
