A Palestinian boy who hurled Molotov cocktails on Highway 60 near the West Bank town of Bethlehem was shot and killed after attempting to escape from IDF custody.
The army says the boy was detained but promptly taken to his parents’ house because of his young age. However, once at the house, the boy attempted to escape with his father’s assistance, the IDF says. (Efrat Weiss)
