Syria announced it has accepted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invitation to participate in an international conference in Moscow for the promotion of peace in the Middle East.
Syrian officials said the U.S. and Israel’s unresponsiveness to the conference has exposed their objection to peace. (AP)
