Clinton: Guantanamo Bay should be closed or cleaned up
Former U.S. President Bill Clinton said the U.S. Prison camp at Guantanamo Bay should close or mprove
its record on prisoner abuse, a British newspaper reported Monday. Clinton told the Financial Times the camp should "be closed down or cleaned up." (AP)
